Service Description

If you are looking to get outdoors and enjoy the views of Hocking Hills but want a guide to educate you along the way, our nature tours will leave you with a memorable experience during your visit to the Hocking Hills. Want to learn about the area and the nature here with one of our professionals? Choose one of our tour guides today. -Locate our "Tour Locations" tab via the home page to see just some of the locations our tour guides can lead you in the Hocking Hills area. -Our guided tours are personalized just for you and your group through a unique questionnaire provided to you after booking. Once you select the date and time of your guided tour, you will be matched with a tour guide if you have not already chosen one. To choose a guide please locate our "Meet the Team" page, pick a guide that you hope to lead your group based upon their description. To select a preferred guide, you will provide their name once you get to the check out section of the booking process. If this tour guide is available you will be matched with them to start the personalization process. Our guides contact you through email or via text from the information you provide us during the booking process. -If you prefer us to choose your guide, and create the tour for you please specify once you get to check out. Uou will be prompted to provide us with any further information. This is also where you want to specify a preferred tour location. ex: Old Man's Cave, Ash Cave, Cedar Falls, etc. If you do not have a preferred tour location, once you are in contact with your guide, they will provide you with all of the necessary information, including maps if needed at least 24 hours prior to your tour time. Your guide will be in contact with you in order to answer questions along the way. Note: -This is a one time payment per individual per 2.5hr tour. You can book up to 14 individuals per tour, our group rate of 8 individuals or more is at a 35% discounted price. If you have more than one person in your group, state how many in order to get an invoice. -Must have a reliable source of transportation to attend your tour. -You must feel comfortable meeting your guide at a meeting location prior to your tour and following to the tour location. -Tours may include more than one location depending on the personalization of your tour. -Required to meet at least 10 minutes prior to your tour time in order to ensure we have all of the proper forms and individuals that will be attending.

Cancellation Policy

You are entitled to a full refund ONLY if you choose to cancel your service plan ten days prior to your first session. Once you choose your session date changes may only be made if discussed with our admins. Changes must be made by contacting us at info@travelfaradventurehard.com or ronleffler1307@gmail.com. These changes will be confirmed via email with you and documented in our files and saved in our booking notes for policy purposes. Changes and rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours before your first session to still receive our services. If changes are attempted to be made after the 48 hour policy, we are not obligated to approve those changes or provide you with services. If you attempt to cancel your services to receive a refund after the ten day cancellation policy you will not be provided a refund.
