We have included several stops that will fit into your budget, please look over the itinerary and allow us to help you make any bookings that may be necessary for your trip plan!
This is not a strict schedule since this day is planned just for you! Just make sure you are aware of operating hours of any of the businesses we have you heading to and booking times if you choose to participate in any tours, or events!
Feel free to bring snacks as our itinerary has several stops throughout the day!
Each one of your wonderful stops will typically be less than 20 minutes from one another! We took into account the distance from where you will be staying, and do not want you to miss any of The Hocking Hills greatest attractions! We hope your itinerary fits you, enjoy!

Let's Get This Birthday Adventure Started!

9:00am: Drive to Oasis Coffee Shop, Rockbridge OH. 10 min drive
Hours: 8:00am-5:30pm
9:10am: Arrive at Oasis and enjoy a coffee! We recommend an Iced Matcha with lavender, oat milk, and 2 shots of espresso, or their Bigfoot special!
Enjoy a bite to eat! We recommend avo. toast, or any item available for the day!
Taking A Stroll Through Time & Art!
10:00am: Wrap up to take a stroll through the Hocking Hills Antique Mall, you will be surprised by the various arts, rock, and antique themed booths that might catch your eye! The Appalachian Arts & Craft market is featured at this location! There are also many art deco yard pieces to admire during this visit! This location is walking distance from Oasis Coffee Shop!
Hours: 10:00am- 5:00pm
Although antiquing is not for everyone, the antique mall is a unique feature to The Hocking Hills
Jack Pine Studio, What A Show!
10:30am: Head to the Jack Pine Studio, 17 min drive from oasis
Hours: 11:00am- 4:00pm
10:50am arrive at Jack Pine Glass Studio to watch the crew blow some glass for free!
Note: At an additional cost, starting at $89 on Sunday! You can make your own glass piece in a group lesson. Feel free to book a session on the Glass Pine Studio Website, or check availability upon arrival! Classes typically start right after opening! Classes are typically 1hour 30min. (if you choose to book a session or not, feel free to let us know and we can adjust your day and itinerary times accordingly) we recommend you book a tour to take a wonderful piece of art home with you! 12:30pm: Wrap up viewing the amazing art created by the Jack Pine crew or yourself!
Next Stop Lunch! And You Said Coffee All Day?
12:30pm Head to Hocking Hills Inn & Coffee Emporium, 18 min drive from Jack Pine Studio
12:50pm: Arrive at The Hocking Hills Inn & Coffee Emporium
Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm
We Recommend any item from their lunch menu. They have delicious paninis, a bourbon melt, soup of the day, a delicious BLT, many sweets, and so much more to choose from! And of course their coffee selection is amazing!
2:20pm: Wrap up lunch and coffee number two! Because your next stop will not disappoint! Head to....

2:40pm: Arrive to Butterfly Ridge, 17min drive from The Coffee Emporium
Get ready for a 3pm Butterfly tour! (If you don't make it for the guided tour, you must take a self guided tour, the butterflies are amazing!)
Hours: 10:00am-5:00pm
July 22nd-July 30th is national Moth week! Only $6 admissions fee!
Butterfly Guided tours start at 1pm and 3pm at no additional cost! Enjoy their beautiful wildflowers and pollinators! You may even get to see some other types of wildlife while visiting!
4:30pm: Time to get Spontaneous!

You Guessed it! More coffee, if you liked the Oasis Coffee Shop, you’re in luck! They have an Oasis Coffee Shop 2.0 Just 17min drive!

Hurry Don't Miss The Drive Through!
4:50 pm: Arrive to Oasis 2.0 to grab a drink through the drive through and go! Or enjoy some sips on their unique outdoor patio!

Right After Head to Lake Logan To get Spontaneous!
You Rented A Pontoon Once.... Have You Ever Rented A Swan?!
5:00pm: Take a trip to the lake! Lake Logan, Just A 2min Drive From Oasis
Hours: 9:00am- 8:00pm
5:02pm: Arrive at Lake Logan
Rent a Bird Shaped Paddle Boat! 1hr for only $37.30!
Call Ahead! Rental Available at 5pm!
5:00pm: Paddle around the lake enjoying the scenic views! Lake Logan is home to many different types of wildlife including a large population of eagles and other birds, like your boat!
6:00pm: Wrap up your spontaneous swan shaped ship swim.
Head back to your AirBnb to get ready for dinner! Are only 6 mins away from your AirBnb!
Get Ready... Get Set.... EATTTTTT
6:10pm: Arrive to your AirBnb! To freshen up if needed if not.... Ready/ Leave for Dinner by 6:45pm!

Are You Ready For..... THE FEED?
6:50pm: Arrive at “The Feed” to enjoy some good American Eats! A 5min. drive from the AirBnb!
Hours: 11:00am- 8:00pm
Please enjoy a freshly cooked dinner at “The Feed” The Feed is owned by one of The Hocking Hills best known chefs! Their dinner menu will have you ready for your next adventure!
Note: Don't forget to tell your waiter it is your BIRTHDAY!
It Is Time To Relax A Little!
After dinner feel free to head back to your AirBnb and prep for an evening watching the sunset and the stars!
Note: These next few adventures are for you to wind down a bit and enjoy your evening, the only thing these activities depend on, are the Sun, and The Stars!
8:20pm: Head back toward Lake Logan!
8:30pm Arrive at the Lakes edge, there are many places to pull in to park here!
8:46pm: The Sunset
The Sunset is best seen from the lower end of the lake at these coordinates: 39.547761, -82.474314 or 39.547600, -82.474050 Where you can take a short little walk along the path!
THE NIGHT IS YOUNG!
On another note, Sunday night skies look to be clear! With clear skies comes a beautiful star gazing view from the John Glenn Astronomy Park, when the volunteer galaxy guides are there, you will be highly impressed by their knowledgeable resources about stars in the sky! to see the features of the astronomy park! At this time of year, the Milky Way is rising high in the east once it is fully dark. It is best seen on clear moonless nights. Take a walk to their fence in the early evening and enjoy the view.
The JGAP grounds are open for individual stargazing on non-program nights. Please feel free to drive on in. You may bring chairs, telescopes, cameras if you wish! Many individuals see shooting stars here!
This is a 20 min drive from Lake Logan and a 22 min drive back to your AirBnb but we have had many people make this drive! It is your birthday after all, enjoy!
