Service Description
The Early Arrival Package allows you to ease into your Expedition with an extra night at the Worthington of Logan and a full day of adventure before the main journey begins. Read the full itinerary here: https://www.travelfaradventurehard.com/hocking-hills-expedition/early-arrival-package What's Included: Planning & Logistics -Personalized Trip Support – Access to Travel Far Adventure Hard’s professional customer service and trip-planning advice before your arrival. -Pre-Arrival Resources – Online routes, maps, packing lists, food menus, waivers, and other trip information provided well in advance. -Shuttle Services – Transportation for all hike drop-offs. -Parking & Luggage Assistance – Secure parking, luggage handling, and storage throughout your trip. Accommodations Solo Travelers: You may be paired with another hiker if you do not request private accommodations at booking (pairing not guaranteed). -Night 1 – Worthington of Logan (Boutique Hotel) – Includes all amenities such as an indoor heated pool and a non-alcoholic tiki bar. Arrive early to check in before other guests, or use the time to explore charming downtown Logan. -Night 2 – Worthington of Logan – Continue your boutique hotel stay before the Expedition’s next stage. -Night 3 – Hocking Hills Lodge & Conference Center – A luxury-style lodge inside Hocking Hills State Park, featuring indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, lounge areas, and more. -Night 4 – Return to the Worthington of Logan for your final evening. Meals -Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and non-alcoholic drinks are included daily. -Fine dining dinner experiences at some of Hocking Hills’ most well-known restaurants. Activities & Experiences -River Kayaking (weather permitting) – Guided by Travel Far Adventure Hard and supplied by Fox’s Canoe Livery. -Zip-Lining – Ride the Super Zip at Hocking Hills Canopy Tours. -Rockbridge Nature Tour – Explore with a TFAH guide. -Guided Hiking – Up to 20 miles total (10+ miles per day) with TFAH guides. -Historical & Nature Education – Learn about the region’s natural history and culture. -Culinary Experiences – Taste and enjoy the local food scene. Extras -Official Hocking Hills Expedition T-Shirt. -Additional mementos available for purchase. Note: After booking, you’ll receive complete trip details including meeting locations, packing guidance, and your final itinerary.

Cancellation Policy
Early Registration: You have the option to pay in full upon check out if you wish to make a 50% deposit to secure your spot for the dates displayed upon booking you must contact us or you are entitled to a payment plan with early registration. If you wish to make payments in installments of 3, please contact us via email at info@travelfaradventurehard.com with your request. With early registration, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions bellow. You are entitled to a full refund ONLY if you choose to cancel your service plan 60 days prior to your date of arrival/event. Once you choose your event date changes may only be made if discussed with our admins. Changes must be made by contacting us at info@travelfaradventurehard.com or ronleffler1307@gmail.com. These changes will be confirmed via email with you and documented in our files and saved in our booking notes for policy purposes. Changes and rescheduling must be done at least 60 days prior to your selected date/ event dates to still receive our services. If changes are attempted to be made after the 60 day policy, we are not obligated to approve those changes or provide you with services. If you attempt to cancel your services to receive a refund after the 60 day cancellation policy you will not be provided a refund. If you choose to cancel or are a no show, there will be a 10% fee. Please Note: To Register, if you choose to register early, you can directly email us to discuss further questions or make a reservation over the phone. You may also register by selecting the date of arrival for the Hocking Hills Expedition and answering all related questions.
