Service Description

A safe family friendly plan for you and your families next vacation. Allow our trained professionals to create a safe worry free plan for you and your family. This includes safety oriented trips and adventure plans for your next road trip or vacation. We will provide online services that prepare an itinerary including comprehensive details of up to five people. We have designed a questionnaire that allows us to accommodate the likes and interests of each individual that is involved within a single trip, any additional members require us to create additional efforts to ensure we are accommodating to the entire group. With this service you are paying for unlimited contact with TFAH members until your itinerary is complete, this allows us to gain basic information that ensures we meet your needs, including your finished itinerary (this does not include expenses that you will spend on your trip, those expenses are discussed with your TFAH member when we create your itinerary). You will choose the date of your first connection with your TFAH member once you complete your booking information. Note: Starting at $99.00 we will create a compressive downloadable and printable road trip itinerary that includes up to five people, for up to 10 days, any day beyond 10 days is an additional $10.00. Any individuals involved in your trip plan beyond five is an additional $5.00. (This additional cost allows us to make sure we are planning for safety, accommodations, and any preferences each additional person may have).

Cancellation Policy

You are entitled to a full refund ONLY if you choose to cancel your service plan ten days prior to your first session. Once you choose your session date changes may only be made if discussed with our admins. Changes must be made by contacting us at info@travelfaradventurehard.com or ronleffler1307@gmail.com. These changes will be confirmed via email with you and documented in our files and saved in our booking notes for policy purposes. Changes and rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours before your first session to still receive our services. If changes are attempted to be made after the 48 hour policy, we are not obligated to approve those changes or provide you with services. If you attempt to cancel your services to receive a refund after the ten day cancellation policy you will not be provided a refund.
