Service Description
Our Guided Hiking Tours offer an immersive way to experience the natural beauty of Hocking Hills. Whether you want to learn about the region’s history, geology, and ecology, or simply enjoy a professionally led hike, our expert guides will create a memorable adventure tailored specifically for you and your group. What’s Included: Personalized Tour Planning • After booking, you’ll receive a short questionnaire to help us customize your tour. • You can select a preferred guide from our “Meet the Team” page based on their profile, or allow us to choose a guide for you. • If your chosen guide is available, you will be matched with them to begin the personalization process. • Tours are planned to match your interests, pace, and preferred locations within the Hocking Hills area. Tour Locations • View our “Tour Locations” page for examples of sites we explore, such as Old Man’s Cave, Ash Cave, and Cedar Falls. • You may choose a specific location when booking, or let your guide recommend options. • Tours may include more than one location depending on your preferences and tour length. Guide Communication • Your guide will contact you via email or text using the information you provide during booking. • They will confirm your tour details, share necessary maps if needed, and answer any questions before your hike. • All final tour information will be sent at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time. Booking & Pricing • One-time payment per individual for a 2.5-hour tour. • Pricing is dependent on group size: $80/person up to 2 people. $60/person for 3-4 people. $50/person for 5 or more people. • If booking for more than one person, indicate the total number of participants to receive an invoice. Important Details • Must have reliable transportation to attend your tour. • You will meet your guide at a designated meeting point and follow them to the tour location. • Arrive at least 10 minutes early to ensure all necessary forms and waivers are completed before departure. Our Guided Hiking Tours are perfect for anyone who wants to explore Hocking Hills with a knowledgeable companion who can bring the landscapes to life.
Cancellation Policy
You are entitled to a full refund ONLY if you choose to cancel your service plan ten days prior to your first session. Once you choose your session date changes may only be made if discussed with our admins. Changes must be made by contacting us at info@travelfaradventurehard.com or ronleffler1307@gmail.com. These changes will be confirmed via email with you and documented in our files and saved in our booking notes for policy purposes. Changes and rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours before your first session to still receive our services. If changes are attempted to be made after the 48 hour policy, we are not obligated to approve those changes or provide you with services. If you attempt to cancel your services to receive a refund after the ten day cancellation policy you will not be provided a refund.
