Service Description
Early Arrival Hocking Hills Expedition includes: Transportation Resources and Recommended Transportation Services for Airfare Travelers. Cost Covers: Customer Service/ Trip Planning Advice from Travel Far Adventure Hard Professionals. Shuttle Services Are Included for Hike Drop Off. Online Routes, Maps, Packing Lists, Food Menus, Waivers, & Other Trip Information/ Resources Are Included Prior to Arrival/Event Date. Parking, Luggage Services, And Luggage Handling. Additional 1st Nights Stay at the Worthington of Logan, A Boutique Hotel (including all accommodations, i.e. indoor heated pool, n/a tiki bar). (This allows long distance travelers and short-distance travelers check into rooms prior to the arrival of other Expedition go-er's or many choose to explore Destination Downtown Logan prior to first day with guides). (You may be roomed with other hikers if you are a solo traveler, make a single booking, or do not otherwise specify upon booking preference (this is not guaranteed)). Lodging at the Worthington of Logan, for 2nd Nights Stay Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snack, & N/A Drinks. River Kayaking(as river conditions permit) Supplied by Fox's Canoe Livery, Zip-lining Super-Zip at Hocking Hills Canopy Tours, Rockbridge Nature Tour with Travel Far Adventure Hard Guides (A TFAH guide will be present for each adventure). Historical & Natural History Experiences. Food Experiences. Nature Experiences & up to 20 Miles of Guided Hiking (Travel Far Adventure Hard Tour Guides). Up to 10+ Miles a day. 3rd Lodging Experience at The Hocking Hills Lodge & Conference Center, a Luxury style lodge in Hocking Hills State Park (included: indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, lounge areas, & all other accommodations). 4th Nights Stay at the Worthington of Logan Fine Dining and Dinner Experiences in some of the most well known restaurants in the Hocking Hills area. Hocking Hills Expedition T-Shirt Memorable at an additional costs. Note: Further details regarding your booking, meeting locations, and thorough itinerary will be sent after booking is compete.

Cancellation Policy
Early Registration: You have the option to pay in full upon check out if you wish to make a 50% deposit to secure your spot for the dates displayed upon booking you must contact us or you are entitled to a payment plan with early registration. If you wish to make payments in installments of 3, please contact us via email at info@travelfaradventurehard.com with your request. With early registration, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions bellow. You are entitled to a full refund ONLY if you choose to cancel your service plan 60 days prior to your date of arrival/event. Once you choose your event date changes may only be made if discussed with our admins. Changes must be made by contacting us at info@travelfaradventurehard.com or ronleffler1307@gmail.com. These changes will be confirmed via email with you and documented in our files and saved in our booking notes for policy purposes. Changes and rescheduling must be done at least 60 days prior to your selected date/ event dates to still receive our services. If changes are attempted to be made after the 60 day policy, we are not obligated to approve those changes or provide you with services. If you attempt to cancel your services to receive a refund after the 60 day cancellation policy you will not be provided a refund. If you choose to cancel or are a no show, there will be a 10% fee. Please Note: To Register, if you choose to register early, you can directly email us to discuss further questions or make a reservation over the phone. You may also register by selecting the date of arrival for the Hocking Hills Expedition and answering all related questions.
