Service Description

A comprehensive itinerary for your next adventure. Awaken your inner child by connecting with our professionals online. We offer services from trained team members educated in your area of interest to help form your perfect adventure. This includes destinations, activities (outdoor adventure, hiking, food, attractions, lodging, camping, and more.), anything that fits your specific needs. With this service, you are paying for your personalized itinerary and remote access to any TFAH member that will stay in touch with you through out your travels to answer or help you with any questions along the way. (This is not a benefit included in any of our other services). Note: This is a one time $60.00 payment for up to three days worth of trip planning for up to two individuals to anywhere and more! At only an additional $10.00 a day for each day beyond three days planned within your trip and an additional $5 per trip member. Beyond a 7 day trip, any additional group members added to your trip plan is free! Plan for at least 1 hour of communicating online with our staff to plan your perfect itinerary, this is to ensure we are meeting all of your needs!(We design a specific course of communication and questionnaires that allows us to accommodate to each individual in your group along your trip, any additional members require extra efforts to meet their needs and to ensure we are meeting your trip plan expectations).

Cancellation Policy

You are entitled to a full refund ONLY if you choose to cancel your service plan ten days prior to your first session. Once you choose your session date changes may only be made if discussed with our admins. Changes must be made by contacting us at info@travelfaradventurehard.com or ronleffler1307@gmail.com. These changes will be confirmed via email with you and documented in our files and saved in our booking notes for policy purposes. Changes and rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours before your first session to still receive our services. If changes are attempted to be made after the 48 hour policy, we are not obligated to approve those changes or provide you with services. If you attempt to cancel your services to receive a refund after the ten day cancellation policy you will not be provided a refund.
